Most of our office staff started their MAAC career on our manufacturing floor; with hard work & dedication the sky is the limit. We encourage and will train level entry or experienced people here at our facility.

The work environment allows for teammates to succeed both individually and in a team setting. Though usually fast-paced the days go by fast. The manufacturing atmosphere inside of MAAC is clean, bright, organized, and well-maintained. The equipment available is either new or in excellent working condition. During breaks you'll often see teammates engaging in friendly games of soccer or basketball. Company cookouts are also held throughout each year.
